Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Beaver, PA

Pay Range: $18.35/hr

Shift: 2

What's the Job?

• Assemble details, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies according to instructions.
• Load and unload contacts, solder shims or paste, and conductors on carbon assembly boats for furnace brazing.
• Operate hand tools, bench tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform simple electrical and mechanical tests such as ground and dielectric tests.
• Ensure work area and equipment are kept clean and organized, and report any defective work or equipment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as required.
• Availability to work scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
• Basic manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and dress code, including safety shoes.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
