A Level Technicians

Annual pay rate from $132,000 up to $180,000+.

$10,000 sign-on bonus for Ford certified A level technicians!

B Level Technicians

Annual pay rate from $79,600 up to $148,000+.

$5,000 sign-on bonus for Ford certified B level technicians!

Extra pay on specialty work. Extra pay on warranty work. Tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay. Relocation allowance, referral bonuses & more!

C Level Technicians

Annual pay rate from $40,560 up to $109,200.

Tenure & Christmas incentive pay. Referral bonuses & more!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose cause of malfunction
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
• Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs
• Communicate cause and correction to advisors
• Complete full and accurate multi-point inspections
• Stay on top of diagnostic and repair procedures with ongoing Ford training
• Master Ford diagnostic tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent, preferred
• ASE certifications OR
• Ford and/or other OEM certifications
• Three or more years' experience and/or training
• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
• General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Valid driver's license and good driving record. No DUI, license suspension, or reckless driving in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass random drug screens
