Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Representative will investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity third-party auto, casualty, and premises liability claims while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and insureds. Key responsibilities Investigate and evaluate claims, including coverage analysis and liability assessment Initiate timely contact with all parties involved in the claims process, typically within 24 hours of assignment Negotiate and resolve claims within assigned authority, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with client-specific handling instructions Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience One year of claims handling or insurance experience preferred Experience with low-complexity third-party auto, casualty, and premises liability claims strongly preferred Bachelor's degree may substitute for claims handling experience AIC, INS, or other insurance-related certifications preferred
