We are seeking a friendly and reliable Dental Receptionist/Assistant who is fluent in both Korean and English to join our dynamic team at 5 Star Dental Care in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Job Description What You’ll Do:
• Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our patients. Your expertise will help make dental care stress-free.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring every detail is accounted for. A well-organized practice means better patient care!
• Manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism, balancing patient needs while keeping the office running smoothly.
• Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
full-time $20 - $28 per hour
Salary based on Experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual in Korean and English (Fluent)
• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to Commute to Los Angeles, CA 90020 (Required)
• Ability to Relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90020: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• Dental office experience preferred (but not required)
• Basic computer skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
