Quintana & Barajas is a growing San Antonio law firm serving clients in immigration, criminal, and family law. With over a decade of service in South Texas, we are proud of our track record advocating for clients across San Antonio and the surrounding communities.

We are looking for a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist who is warm, welcoming, professional, and organized. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a positive and respectful experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.

Many of our clients come to us during stressful times, so we are seeking someone who is friendly, patient, and committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth 
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls 
• Schedule and confirm appointments 
• Assist with client intake and administrative tasks 
• Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries 
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, including break room stock 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area at all times 
• Keep the main copy area stocked with paper and free of clutter
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with leads to support client intake efforts 
• Serve as a backup to the billing department when needed 

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role preferred 
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented 

Additional Information

• Full-time position
  Hybrid work schedule (one remote day per week after training)
